I contacted Square Trade and told them what had happened and they quickly refunded my full purchase price. Now I am waiting for my new computer that I ordered and when I receive it I will purchase insurance again with Square Trade. From now on anything I purchase I will purchase insurance with Square Trade. Keep up the good work. Excellent company to deal with. 10 Star rating. It was supposed to be a couple months old. But I had trouble after the first 2 weeks. And it died on me after just a couple of months. But thanks to square trade warranty was there for me. They stood behind the warranty 110%. In just under 1 year, the monitor all of a sudden started experiencing a display problem. I logged into my SquareTrade account and submitted a claim on the item. Within 24 hours I had an email with shipping label to send my monitor in for review [it pays to keep your original packaging!]. In less than 4 days [incl ship transit time], I had a response letting me know that my monitor was deemed unrepairable and would therefore be receiving a full payout for the value [amount paid] of the monitor. Within 5 business days, the full refund price was credited to my Paypal account. AWESOME SERVICE!! Highly Recommend!!! I won't buy anything without having a SquareTrade Warranty, HANDS-DOWN! |
