| 0 of 2 people found the following review helpful  doesn't look too bad but it's JUNK! ugh., This review is from: Samsung Electronics CLX-4195FW Wireless Color Printer with Scanner, Copier and Fax (Office Product) Ordered from a 3rd party seller a week ago, received printer and it seemed great, printed out photos in awesome color. But then....hooked up the phone line to the fax input, the input jack isn't working right, I have to jiggle the phone cord to get a dial tone, and yes I tried different cords. I then contact Samsung Customer Supper via Twitter and pretty much I get the run around, and they can't find the serial number to the printer in their system so I have to take pictures of them and my receipt and I'm still waiting for them to see what theyre going to do and it's been 4 days now and they tell me they'll get back to me. But WAIT THERE'S MORE! Now the printing is now faded with any color and black. And I can't get it corrected with any setting or reset. My past two Samsung purchases have been horrible and that's what I always buy. My dryer is crap and so is this printer. Their customer service is a joke, they assume I should just send back this huge printer that's as heavy and big... Read more |
